  • It's that guy 'Mateo' from Superstore - Comedian Nico Santos

Matt and Corey catch up with the hilarious and humble Nico Santos from the hit TV series, "Superstore," on NBC in between shows on the Ice house Comedy Club main stage in Pasadena, CA.

Nico Santos stars as Mateo on NBC's comedy "Superstore." Santos was born and raised in the Philippines and assimilated into American culture rather quickly by living in California by way of Portland, Oregon. He started doing stand up in San Francisco and, in just a short amount of time, conquered the Bay Area comedy scene with his acute observations and quirky characters.

Charming audiences all across the country with his sharp sarcastic wit and outrageous sensibility, Santos has that rare ability to be crass and snarky while at the same time remaining completely likable. Santos has written for E! Network's "Fashion Police" and appeared on screen on Showtime's "Pride Comedy Jam," as well as "Ground Floor," "Mulaney" and "2 Broke Girls." He was also a regular panelist on "Chelsea Lately" and made his film debut in "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2."*

  • Comedian Taylor Tomlinson

Corey and Matt catch up with Cool Beans Comedy favorite, comedian Taylor Tomlinson, after finishing her set on the Ice House Comedy Club main stage. They discuss her new found recognition, high school, Matt's desire for kids, reading to children, being fat, and mustard sweaters. Do enjoy!

"Taylor Tomlinson started doing stand up comedy at just sixteen years old, when she realized that her quiet, sarcastic asides were not being adequately appreciated by her peers. Her self-deprecating charm and conversational wit have made her a favorite at comedy clubs, colleges, corporate events, and other suspicious, rented spaces across the country. She was featured in her own regular segment ("Young as Hell") on Laughs on FOX season 1 and can now be seen hosting the show every week. She was a top ten finalist on season 9 of NBC's Last Comic Standing and can be seen on the upcoming season of Adam Devine's House Party on Comedy Central."  *Source.
