CO2 or carbon dioxide, is a natural occurring substance, a natural part of the earthly atmosphere, although the concentration has been rising in the last 50 years, the CO2 is still one of the most environmentally friendly refrigerants and is one of the few sustainable refrigerants for food retail applications.
