Cool watch review of the Casio Vintage Series A100WE digital watch. Homage of the Casio F100 released in 1977, it was the first all resin watch by Casio, leading into the first G-Shock in 1983, also entirely a resin watch. And there’s even more interesting history to the Casio F100, it's also a movie watch worn by American actress Sigourney Weaver who played Ellen Ripley in the 1979 blockbuster movie Alien, directed by Ridley Scott.

Short review of Russian watch, Vostok Amphibian Classic - Neptune 960760.  $161 on Amazon U.S.

A high polished solid stainless steel case, 42mm diameter between the 2 and 8 oclock positions, 40mm between 3 and 9 oclock.  39mm case length and 16mm thick to the top of the beautifully curved Vostok acrylic crystal.  Screwdown crown with the Vostok logo, date display at 6 oclock, Vostok 2416 automatic movement with hand winding and 31 hour power reserve.  Vostok two piece stainless steel caseback with a very nice Vostok Neptune logo engraved and 200m water resistance rating.  20mm stainless steel bracelet tapers to 18mm.
