Introducing Cooped-Up Conversations studios newest series, "Coops' Quick Chat"! This will be a series where we try to get out to you guys a couple times a week, and normally will be a ten to fifteen minute episode about a thought or two that I have to share with you guys. Sometimes I will be alone, sometimes I will have a guest, the possibilities are truly endless. In todays episode I go into one of my least favorite things in the world; automated customer service. I talk about something else, but I can not remember as I am writing this, and I simply cannot stomach listening to myself talk again, so consider this a surprise!
