To borrow from REM: It's the endddd of the (long-ass) month and we know it, and I feel (mostly) fine!

I did something this weekend that I've never done in my entire life: I made fried chicken (thanks, Joanna Gaines, for the recipe!). One thing I realized is that it's not the easiest thing to make! Another realization from the weekend: my new Cricut is going to be an expensive hobby!
