Wow - that second dose knocked me on my ass, but I'm back...at least mostly.

Just when I thought that January was always the longest month, I now realize that it's really the four weeks between shot one and shot two...and now two more weeks of waiting.

I had a Super Weeknd, thanks to the Superbowl and The Weeknd! Let's talk about his performance, the commercials and other topics from the past few days.

Todd and I took the day off to hang out and browse diesel pushers. (If you don't know what that means, I'll explain it.) Also, I have a positive update on the vaccine sign-up fiasco that I talked about yesterday.

The race to get the vaccine is taking a Hunger Games-meets-Lord of the Flies turn...and ill-equipped IT folks aren't helping the situation! Also the story about how someone sassed me today for a potential vaccine opportunity that didn't pan out as hoped.

Y'all, I've turned into an unintentional covid vaccine pimp - completely with people plying me with cookies, wine and diamonds to share my hot tips with them. It feels good to help people...especially when they shower you with presents. LOL!

My BFF Kerrie is here to dish...about vanity plates, face masks, Devil Wears Prada, mardi gras houses, bad movies to watch on dates and more.

Ever the renaissance man, Todd replaced the muffler on my Jeep Wrangler AND gave me a haircut this weekend. Add that to the list of things that have surprised us about ourselves during the pandemic!
