Cooper and Kirsten sit down with Jay Cole Gerke.

Cole is employed by the Oregon State University Football Team and was first hired back in the Fall of 2015. Working in the Video Unit as a Student Assistant, Cole's responsibilities include managing practice/game film and helping to create highlight videos for player and promotional uses. On top of that he worked for a branch of BarstoolSports where he ran a social media account for our University with 13,000+ followers called BarstoolBeavs. He is familiar with softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Light Room. He has also have had the opportunity to direct a short film documentary with a crew of three others called Pedal it Forward, which was shot and edited in Cochabamba, Bolivia in Spring 2016. Through hard work and a great team cohesion, Pedal it Forward was able to be featured at multiple film festivals across the U.S. Cole has most recently interned in New Jersey with NFL Films as a producer. There he was able to learn the editing and storytelling ways of NFL Films. Cole worked on the documentary series A Football Life and produced a series called Moss Monday which was featured on the NFL Films Instagram page.

Connor Newell and Kyle Esquerra are former college baseball players whom started their own media company "Flight Year Media", and have also since launched an apparel brand "Flight Year Apparel''. They are also each partial owners in the cold weather baseball company Frost Gear.

Flight Year has worked with big companies like "Baseball Lifestyle" "Vayner Sports" and "Accubow".
