Its been a while since I did a video and there are a lot of reason why but mainly... I just wasn't feeling it. I didn't feel like I could offer anything, I didn't feel like I was even being truthful with my thoughts. I'm on the mend and getting back to it... for now.

After what I perceived to be a MELTDOWN during a show it took 6 shows in 3 days and losing my voice to realize something. I have an unhealthy relationship with my creativity.
