Today I interview Ashley Anderson who has coped with emetophobia as well as Hiatal Hernia, Hyperthyroidism, Migraines and Chronic Nausea. She also suffered Post-Partum Depression. Ashley at one point was completely unable to look after her baby due to her thyroid, but she has risen above all of that now and gives some great advice to other emetophobics.
Trigger Warnings: One time I say "vomit" and Ashley briefly refers to being sick, but no stories are told and definitely no gory details!
Quote: "Health is relative. There is no such thing as an absolute state of health or sickness. Everyone's physical, mental, and emotional condition is a combination of both." ~Theodore Isaac Rubin
