Being FOR calls us to do something for our “neighbors” – the undeserving, overlooked, enemy, & inconvenient. Being FOR requires us to reach further than what we’re comfortable reaching.

You can’t be FOR somebody else until you’ve experienced somebody else being FOR you. We can be FOR others because God showed that He was FOR us. It’s time to get to work!

What do we do when all seems lost? Pray.

What would change if we stopped looking at the circumstances around us & started looking at the One above our circumstances? We enjoy God on the mountaintops, but we get to know & build trust in God in the valleys.

Waiting is difficult. Sometimes, we must remind ourselves in the waiting, when we’re tempted to fix it ourselves… “If it’s not God’s timing, you can’t force it. When it is God’s timing, you can’t stop it.” Just because we don’t see it yet, doesn’t mean He isn’t working.

We are able to both embrace a genuine faith with God & wrestle with honest questions. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. As we find ourselves in the middle of the darkness, we believe that God can handle our questions.
