Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, the source of life,

and to Him all authority in heaven and on earth

has been given and to Him full faith and allegiance is due.

God’s unfathomable love is most clearly revealed by His act of giving His one and only Son for the redemption of a people corrupted and condemned by sin.

Belonging to God’s kingdom requires a fundamental change of identity that results from a spiritual re-birth through the gospel and that produces the fruit of a new life.

Jesus’ bold act of clearing the temple was a declaration of His identity and a demand for true belief.
