What should Christian marriage look like?         

                        I.          Women who submit to their husbands without fear or manipulation.        

                        II.        Men who honor their wives without abdicating leadership.

Q: What does God reward in ministry?          

A: God rewards, not the greatness of your service, but the greatness of your faithfulness

I. Serving Jesus is your grandest employment   

II. Serving Jesus is your greatest joy

Big Idea:         Despite our culture, Christians must suffer personal injustice submissively.      

Application:   That you would not be eager to rage against personal injustice.     

Question:       How is it possible to submit to injustice submissively?     

Answer:          This hard calling will require you to:       

                        I.          Continually Focus your Mind on Who your God is.         

                        II.        Let the Coin Drop that this is what it Means to Follow Jesus.

Doctrine: The people of God are called to live like people of God   

I. We abstain from fleshly passions 11   

II. We live honorably among unbelievers 12   

III. We submit humbly to earthly authorities 13-17

Big Idea:         In a world full of lonely confusion, Christians know who we are and we know Who to thank for it.    

Application:   That you would not go silent about what you know.      

Question:       What do we as the church proclaim?      

Answer:          We proclaim:      

                        I.          Our Identity:             We are the People of God.         

                        II         God’s Excellency:     God is Worthy of Praise.

Q: How should we come to this precious Cornerstone God has laid in Zion?
