Back to School time means Back to Groups for us. We are starting new community-based groups called “Bunches”. We want everyone to “find your bunch”, where every single person has a place to belong in God’s Church. Community doesn’t originate with us. It started with God in eternity past. Community breaks down, but Jesus puts community back together through the work of the cross. As born again (new) people, we have a joy and responsibility in finding gospel community where something supernatural takes place when we meet. That’s what we’re looking at today as these new groups are starting.
