There are a few things we need to heed when speaking the truth. We need to realize talk is expensive, and we can get into tough spots the more that we talk, so speaking less and being thoughtful of word choices are essential. We need to speak truth in love and kindness, with grace. And, we need to be able to admit our mistakes - with ourselves, with God, and with others.
