And for many high schoolers, the temptation is to give up. To check out. To say, “in a few years (or months), I’ll be out of here anyway.” But as leaders, we know family doesn’t stop affecting us when we leave high school. For the rest of our lives, family matters. And maybe that’s why Scripture has so much to say about it! In this series, we’ll talk about life with every family from picture perfect to totally fractured. The grades we are getting, the people we are dating, the friends we have, the clothes we wear, the highlight reel on our Instagram feed—it all feels like one long list of what others have that we just don’t! This week, we’ll help you discover that comparison not only keeps you from liking others, it holds you back from being able to like yourself, and even more so feel God's love in our lives!
