Seek the Lord! This requires human effort; feet, brain, heart and body actively involved in seeking after Him.

When we are hungry for food, we actively go to the refrigerator. When we are hungry for God, we need to put for the effort to seek Him.

Choose wisely! The choices we make can determine the rest of our life.

Honor the prophet and God will bless you by the word of God. When you do not receive the word of God you tie God's hands and he cannot do what he is wanting to do. It is time to let the blessings of God to flow in your lives.

Contrast between Law and Mercy.

Jesus came full of truth and grace whereas the law represented condemnation and guilt.

Jesus offers freedom. Jesus says come unto me...

God wants you to pray.

He wants you to come to him.

God has the welcome mat out for all and is open for business.

Hope that is seen is not hope.

If we hope for that we see not then do we with patience wait for it.

We lose interest in things we can see.

Thus saith the Lord: Set your house in order.

Today is the day of salvation!

Turn away from sin.

... being made free from sin when they obeyed from the heart.

There is no substitute for obeying God!

Partial obedience is still disobedience.
