Israel was waiting for god and knew if they would humble themselves and be compliant with the word of God that they would find God there.

If you want to deal with God you will do it by FAITH.

Without FAITH it is impossible to please God.

I attach myself to God by FAITH. I believe what God has said.

FAITH will bring you to God.

He that cometh to God must first believe that He is AND that is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

FAITH comes by hearing.

FAITH is a verb - Activity... moving toward God.

It is well documented in the Scripture to be sober and vigilant because we have an adversary. We are warned over and over again.

1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;...

ARM YOURSELF -

Be sober, be vigilant because your adversary...

If you are interested in God ministering in your life, you need to learn how to worship. We anoint the Lord with our praise. In the Old Testament, the anointing was the public's approval of the priest representing them before the Lord.

You must be a believer of Jesus to be a candidate for the Holy Ghost.
