In this episode, I cover how to use this time to continue working toward being our personal best, as much as possible.  Sometimes we have to be reminded to try, and now is a time of huge transformation.  Today's topic, among others:  dealing with how to balance out (considering that everything has been turned upside-down in many ways), and considering HUGE topic of personal introspection and self-love.  There is an importance of connecting with ourselves and with God / Universal Energy (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR HSP'S) in order to receive help with working through our hardships and fears! 
   
I talk about astrological happenings (the Moon, Mars, Saturn, Pluto, etc.), and what we can focus on / how we can use it all in positive ways.
