In this episode, I cover how to use this time to continue working toward being our personal best (as eye-rolling as that may sound).  Today's topic, among others:  the importance of working toward shifting toward balance anytime we feel out of whack, and connecting with God / Universal Energy (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR HSP'S) in order to receive support with working through our hardships and fears!  This whole year is really a time of hard work, personal transformation and growth, courtesy of Saturn, Pluto, and the coronavirus quarantine!
   
 I talk about astrological happenings (Sun square Saturn, Taurus and Aquarius energy, square aspects, Chiron, Pluto, etc.), and what we can focus on / how we can use it all in positive ways.
