This is a difficult time for everyone and Kevin shares the information and help available for Serviced Accommodation providers in this episode. There are SA operators who are full because although you cannot take bookings from leisure guests as we all ‘stay at home’, there are key workers who now need accommodation.

Kevin explains in detail each step you need to take to ensure that you have bookings now and are one of the Serviced Accommodation Providers who can still offer a great service when everything gets back to normal.

There is a business rate 12-month holiday available for hospitality businesses along with business interruption loans and the opportunity to defer VAT and income tax payments.

• Implement these things and you will get bookings and be front and centre of people’s minds when things go back to normal.
