Juan joined us for a cafecito this week and shared several experiences that have shaped his life. These stories start when his children were born and planning around childcare and managing careers, he is a banker, his wife is an entrepreneur. As their family grew up, it became about modeling to their children how to bounce back, and the value of competitive sports.

As a banker, Juan also wants to help our community plan for the future, major events, and also show to the industry the impact the Latine community has in the economy. He brings his core values of wanting people to succeed but understanding sometimes we fall, and we need to bounce back.

Every Latina can talk, but Eve Rodriguez has a gift in the art of communication. She has not only been part of the family and strategy that brings Mexican candies to Chicago, she has helped launch and propel several political figures.
