Episode 027 - Chris Healy, the co-founder of The Longhairs, started his career right out of college by working with the national headquarters of his fraternity, Sigma Nu. From the beginning, Chris was laying the foundation of influence and bringing people together into communities. After seven years of launching fraternity chapters all over the country, he decided to take action on the world adventure he dreamed of making. Chris explored and traveled for eleven months, landed in San Diego, CA, and then went to work with his business partner to build a web design agency. The idea for The Longhairs was born several years later after he and his business partner had grown their hair long, and they were tired of shopping for hair ties and not finding suitable products for men. Five years later, The Longhairs have not only made a deal with Mark Cuban on Shark Tank but hold a Guinness World Record. You’ll have to listen to the episode to learn all about how two guys with an idea started a blog, and now have a worldwide community for men who love wearing longhair.
