While she attempted to find the right fit, she gained tremendous experience and skills that enabled a smooth transition to her current business. By starting as a side hustle, learning time management, and building her network, Jessica took her business full-time after a lay-off. Since starting her consulting business, Jessica and her husband took their businesses aboard and traveled for eight months; she's written a book and continues to grow the agency being location independent. Episode 028 - Briana Ellis, the owner of Ritual Architecture, quickly jumped into her chosen profession right after college. Briana wanted to move up through the ranks, so she started with a small firm and helped that firm grow until it was time for her to explore her next steps. She took a break from architecture and worked part-time with an interior designer and honed in on a skill that she can now utilize when designing a home or commercial space. The concept of Ritual Architecture began because Briana is a firm believer we all follow "rituals" in daily life, and our environments should reflect those beliefs. From the beginning, Chris was laying the foundation of influence and bringing people together into communities.
