In this episode, I’m joined by fitness and nutrition coach Janae Kellogg, who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry helping women build strong, healthy bodies through sustainable methods. Janae works with women who are doing big things in life and business, and who want to feel powerful in their bodies without burning themselves out in the process.

As I was editing this episode, I felt so honoured re-listening to Janae share her story.

She went from being extremely underweight and struggling with her relationship with food, to becoming a bodybuilding competitor and now coaching women to develop a healthy, sustainable relationship with both food and fitness

Throughout the conversation we talk about the difference between casually working out and training with intention, why so many women end up stuck in the “skinny fat” trap, and how nutrition, mindset, and strength training work together to completely transform body composition over time.
