Season 1: Episode 4. Starting over. The Undertaker decides to take a different path in the business world. He decides to start over and learn everything he can about the actual technical aspects of a business. He studies voraciously. He becomes a business analyst studying hundreds of businesses. He then learns of a new world: corporate restructuring. Compared to his time in Russia, he sees this as a safe challenge, working with legitimate and law-abiding business people. On his first major project, he is appointed interim CEO of a 145 year old company that is in a free fall decline towards bankruptcy. While constructing a turnaround plan, he learns that this is the same company his grandfather's brother worked at for more than fifty years. Pulling together teams, communities and generations of inspiration it's an exciting path toward success. But, in the end, in his land of the dead and dying, he once again faces disappointment. He concludes that the legitimate world is far dirtier and more dangerous than the land filled with gangsters.

Season 1: Episode 3. The boy becomes a man. The Wild Wild East. Prosperity has flourished but so has violence. Anything and everything is stolen. Anyone and everyone lies, cheats and can kill or be killed. To survive in this world of blossoming gangsters takes courage, a sharp mind, and a private army of enforcers. The Undertaker discusses his growing wealth and influence while doing business in a place where the price of a man's life is cheap. In the end, he's put to a decision: go along or, be gone.

Season 1 : Episode 2. The journey begins with the origin of The Corporate Undertaker. As a typical college student; broke, naive, curious, he decides to go to school in the Soviet Union. In 1991, it's the first program of its kind offered to the Western world. There he discovers a desolate, impoverished and secretive country. Amidst the anguish of empty store shelves, long bread lines and countless broken promises he makes friends with well-connected, high-ranking Soviets. Soon after the fall of the Union, he starts his first business with his new friends. Despite having no business experience and little money, his partnership and company flourish. He grows comfortable with the steadfast growing presence of violence and political instability. Within a short period of time, he is a rising star and success. He has more money and more power than he could imagine.

Season 1: Episode 1 . We meet the Undertaker. In this episode he discusses the motivation for coming out of the shadows. After spending more than 25 years working in the sewers, cemeteries, and battle fields of Corporate America, he wants to share what he has learned to help others. As an entrepreneur, he knows all too well, the struggles of every manager and business owner. He knows that even when things go well, running a business is a complicated and never ending challenge. He invites us to travel with him through the land of the dead and dying. Through suffering and loss, maybe all of us can learn something.
