In an age of faux outrage, where the latest position contradicts the previous position, the Reserve Bank of Australia has decided that the next generation of the Five Dollar note will not feature the new Monarch, instead there’s expected to be a move to celebration of the nations First Australians.
No surprise the Conservative side of politics is jumping up and down. Personally I think it’s the Liberal Party’s trying to remind they’re still there after their defeat in the 2022 Federal Election.
Obviously there’s more to the story than the Labor party trying to cancel the Monarchy.
