I almost didn’t post this episode because I’m a super sensitive soul. Nutrition, fitness, politics and religion–they’re all ridiculously charged topics. Everyone has a different opinion and it will always be that way. Nutrition is my trade, but I usually shy away from speaking about veganism and similar diets because I’ve been attacked several times for my own dietary choices.
So let me be clear. My nutritional philosophy:
We are unique bodies, each with our unique needs. There is no one-size-fits-all diet. There is no perfect diet. There is only our changing form, our changing needs and our willingness to be open to them.
My desire to be honest outshone my fear and I truly hope my story is be helpful for someone else. If you think you’ll be triggered or angered by this content, please don’t listen. Remember, this is only a story. It’s not my professional opinion. It’s not my astrological commentary on your life or needs. It’s simply my experience. Please be respectful, as I would never step on your dietary toes *unless you asked me to!*.
