Jesus is the sovereign servant who is in control and obeyed the Father in the Garden to bring into the Father's blessing, not His curse. Jesus is the faithful High Priest, who is the faithful mediator for us by dying for us and who motivates us to be His faithful witnesses. Jesus is the true Passover and Ruler, and the only Truth is who is our sacrifice, rules over those in power, and is the message of salvation.

Jesus prays for us to have Trinitarian unity, glory, and love. Paralleling and thus partaking in Trinitarian unity truly displays Trinitarian love which leads to worldwide missions. Jesus prayed for us that we'd be one paralleling Trinitarian unity and thus partaking in Trinitarian unity, which means we have Trinitarian love for us and in us, all of which testifies to the world that the Father sent His Son and loves us just as He loves His Son.

We are a new Christ-loved, love-focused community built on the love (and joy) that is between the Father and the Sone with an outward focus of bearing fruit so that the Father is glorified. The way to stay in the Vine is the stay in His love. The way we stay in HIs love is obeying His commands. What is his first command? To love.
