  • 'Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover', Featuring Sam Chapman
In this episode, Sam Chapman joins me in conversation on the couch. Sam talks about how he's always been easily judged, and how at times, he couldn't really call his own house a proper 'home'. Through the power of fitness and sheer determination, Chapman slowly turns his life around, becoming a much more purposeful and positive thinking individual. To those tuning in, maybe consider and or think about the words of judgement that come out of your mouth. We as humans are emotional creatures. It's only a matter of time before the name calling, and judging will eventually take a toll on you.

  • 'Facing the Truth', Featuring Jeff Woolaston
In this episode, myself and my father have a very open, honest and raw conversation. My father, Jeffrey Woolaston, delves into his past struggles of depression, and the many coping mechanisms that he had put in place, to diminish the illness. Both the good and the bad. We also talk about the importance of reaching out, in asking for help, when stuck in that deep and dark tunnel. Viewers, never be afraid to speak to your family and to your friends, regarding anything that may be on your mind. The more you do it, the more that that feeling of a bag of bricks being lifted of your shoulders, will be prevalent. The better you'll ultimately feel.

  • 'Expectation', Featuring Christian Welch
Former Villanova College School captain, now Melbourne Storm NRL player, Christian Welch, joins me in this episode. He talks about the struggle of expectation as a professional sporting athlete, and how his two ACL reconstructions casted an array of doubt in his mind, to be able to play rugby league at the highest level again. He explains how he flipped his negativity on its back, showing the mental and physical ability to be able to perform once again. Christian also mentions the importance of giving back and volunteering within your local community.

  • 'Trust', Featuring Gabrielle Beiers
Gabrielle Beiers takes us on a journey, through her own personal struggles of trust, within previous relationships, friendships, within herself. She also explains certain things that's she's implemented into her life, which have ultimately helped her slowly regain the right to trust again. I personally find Gabrielle's story to be very fascinating, and extremely relatable. I hope, for the people tuning in, that this story helps a listener regain there own value of trust, when they thought that they could never regain it again.

  • 'The Mask', Featuring Chris Seipel
A former school teacher of mine, Chris Seipel, gives me a bit of an insight into his debilitating illness, of which is depression. He also goes into detail with regards to certain exercises that he's put in place, to help aid him through the toughest of days. Seipel also expresses, how he believes that schools aren't doing enough, aren't equipting children with enough information regarding mental health. And how something needs to be done about this. Really proud of how Chris was able to openly talk about his deeper and darker thoughts, as I know for a fact that by him doing this, he's definitely helped someone that's tuning into this episode.

  • 'Honesty', Featuring Elise Carse
In this episode, Elise Carse shares her story of honesty. How at times, she learnt to be honest with herself, when needing to seek help from others, as of suffering from anxiety and depression. Hopefully, through the sharing of Elise's story, this will allow someone listening in, to open up, and to talk to those close to them, when the 'going is getting tough'.
