Perimenopause and thyroid disease have many overlapping symptoms and often occur together. Sometimes thyroid disease is obvious and easy to diagnose and treat, but other times, it can be more tricky. 

ENT/Allergist, Dr. Dana Gibbs, wandered into a lecture at a medical conference and realized the speaker was describing her.  That started her journey into her own diagnosis and healing and inspired her to help others.
