We talk about our experiences with food, our bodies, exercise, and disorders related to those things. We know it's hard to talk and listen about things like this so we totally get if this episode is a pass for you, but we felt it was important to talk about. Our goal is just for people to not feel alone, and this is something that can feel very alienating.  

This weeks episode is ALLLLL about cancel culture. It feels like someone gets canceled approximately every two seconds, so we wanted to talk about it.
