3 lessons to find hope in hopeless times
1. Tie your camel first
Have faith
Now faith (pi'stis) is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Let go of what you can’t control instead focus on the things you can control
The simple things in life take care of your daily chores which empowers you to have some agency in this world
2. Invest in joy
Make the intention everyday to actively invest in joy each day
Moment of joy that it’s fleeting each day learn to seize the small moments of joy
3. Invest in the narrative of hope because the alternate is apathy and cynicism
Investing in hope is painful, betrayal and disappointment ( expectations)
Use your imagination with the narrative of hope for things to improve in life
