Story Transcript:

Ro: Adânc sub pământ, într-un buncăr oarecum apăsător, Andrei, Mihai și Elena încercau să găsească un pic de liniște.
En: Deep underground, in a somewhat oppressive bunker, Andrei, Mihai, and Elena were trying to find a bit of peace.

Ro: Deasupra lor, primăvara își făcea simțită prezența cu alergiile ei nemiloase.
En: Above them, spring was making its presence felt with its relentless allergies.

Ro: Buncărul, construit cu pereți reci de beton armat și luminat slab de câteva becuri pale, era locul lor de refugiu într-o lume nesigură.
En: The bunker, built with cold reinforced concrete walls and dimly lit by a few pale light bulbs, was their place of refuge in an uncertain world.

Ro: Însă chiar și aici, țesătura fragilă a siguranței putea să se destrame rapid.
En: Yet even here, the fragile fabric of safety could unravel quickly.

Ro: Mihai începu să respire greu.
En: Mihai began to breathe heavily.

Ro: Ochii i se umflaseră și pielea îi devenea roșie.
En: His eyes were swollen, and his skin was turning red.

Ro: Alarma alergiilor de primăvară lovise din plin.
En: The alarm of spring allergies had struck in full force.

Ro: Andrei își musca buza, preocupat.
En: Andrei bit his lip, concerned.

Ro: Știa că proviziile lor medicale erau aproape epuizate.
En: He knew their medical supplies were nearly depleted.

Ro: Elena, deși calmă, își simțea inima bătând puternic în piept.
En: Elena, although calm, felt her heart pounding in her chest.

En: His eyes met the hopeful look in Mihai's eyes.

Ro: "Fă-o repede, Andrei," spuse Elena.
En: "Do it quickly, Andrei," said Elena.

Ro: Era un apel la acțiune.
En: It was a call to action.

Ro: Deschizând ușa grea a buncărului, Andrei simți cum răcoarea primăverii îi învăluie fața.
En: Opening the heavy bunker door, Andrei felt the coolness of spring envelop his face.

Ro: Sunetele și mirosurile de afară, deși familiare, erau acum încărcate de pericole necunoscute.
En: The sounds and smells outside, although familiar, were now loaded with unknown dangers.

En: The neon light flickered weakly, but he managed to find antihistamines, even though the shelves were partially empty.

Ro: Plătind și salutând rapid asistenta, se grăbi înapoi spre buncăr.
En: Paying and quickly greeting the assistant, he hurried back to the bunker.

Ro: Intrați cu Andrei în întunericul reconfortant al buncărului, Elena și Mihai simtiră că povara incertitudinii li se ridică de pe umeri.
En: Once inside the comforting darkness of the bunker with Andrei, Elena and Mihai felt the burden of uncertainty lift from their shoulders.

Ro: Mihai înghiți pastilele pe care Andrei i le dădu, iar în curând respirația începu să-i revină la normal.
En: Mihai swallowed the pills Andrei gave him, and soon his breathing began to return to normal.

Ro: "Andrei, ai făcut un lucru minunat," spuse Mihai, recunoscător.
En: "Andrei, you did a wonderful thing," Mihai said, grateful.

Ro: Andrei, deși obosit, simțea o ușoară împăcare în suflet.
En: Andrei, although tired, felt a slight peace in his soul.

Ro: Găsise curaj să acționeze.
En: He had found the courage to act.

En: And now, in the depths of the bunker, which had become less oppressive, he knew he was capable of overcoming his fears.
