Fr. Altman encourages us to consider the example of the Godly saints versus Godless heathens.  We must choose each day which example we will follow.  This requires a conscious choice on the part of disciples of Jesus Christ to pick-up their crosses daily and follow Him.  Political correctness is cancelling people who have the courage to speak the truth. Fr. Richard Heilman explains the spiritual differences between people of God and those who have rejected Him.  Jesus called out the religious leaders of his day and He was a threat to them.  Religious leaders are absent whenever we witness evil in the world.

Fr. Altman states that the Church is God's house, not our house.  We are to be faithful stewards to God's house.  The reason we find ourselves in crisis today because we have refused to drink from God's fountain of grace.  Fr. Altman ponders the Psalmist words, "In you Lord, I have found my peace" in the context of today's chaos in society and in the Church.
