The biggest thing I hope you take away from this episode though is this: Nothing lasts forever- and that includes how you feel in this moment.

If you're in a low, know that it will pass. You gotta do the work though, you gotta go inward. Find whats not in alignment and make your changes.

Stepping into our power means letting go of our victim story.

This episode is such a personal one. I didn't realize it would be as personal as it is to be honest. But in my many layers of healing, I have reached a new one and that became abundantly clear when recording this episode.

I hope you receive my words with an open heart and open mind. It can take great courage to face our victim mentality and recognize that we are victimizing ourselves. Just remember, you are always doing the best you can with the information you have when you have it. So no judgement for yourself.

I choose to use this picture of a praying mantis because this little guy is what triggered so much of this conversations. Praying mantis' come to us when it is time to heal the deep pain we feel. I've now had a couple find me recently, guiding me to that new layer of healing.
