In this FIRST episode, I pull back the curtain on the experiences that shaped me - growing up in a narcissistic family system, raised in a high-achieving school culture, attending a prestigious conservatory, and coping with intense burnout from the age of 19 through 24.
As I began my personal development & healing journey, experimenting with careers ranging from violinist annd teacher to software engineer and L&D program management, I share how I was slowly finding my way to my gifts all along.
