Special shout out to AMSE Agency for not only giving me the tools to take my idea of starting a business into an actual business but for giving me the confidence to do what I love! And to Spouse-ly a website "dedicated to showcasing goods and services created by military and first responder families."
I don't make a resolution or choose a word for the year. I don't find it necessary. My goal is to just take one day and a time and do the things I need to do to take care of my body, my mental health, and my spiritual health.

Asking for help can be hard. But the accountability and follow-through really challenge us. Because with those, come change. And change can be uncomfortable. Growth is uncomfortable. But both are necessary.

Competition is drilled into us and we are taught from a very young age to "be the best" at everything. This leads to comparison and criticism, and unfortunately, causes a lot of issues when we become adults. But, who are we really competing with? Who are we really comparing ourselves to?
Join Caroline as she challenges us to seek the courageously grateful mindset to stop competing, comparing, and criticizing.

I had the honor of attending the Black Wall Street Economic Empowerment Day in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2021. That day marks the centennial commemoration of the horrendous events during Tulsa in 1921.
In this episode, I share my very personal thoughts of my experience. Plus, I was born in Tulsa and lived in Oklahoma for the first 31 years of my life. The progress has been slow, so we must keep moving towards change. Change doesn't have to be hard when we look within ourselves.
