This week, Gemma reflects on Moses: The Parting of the Red Sea from Exodus 14:21–23. Trapped between Pharaoh’s army and the sea, the Israelites saw God perform one of the greatest miracles of all time — the waters divided, and His people walked safely on dry ground. 🌊

We continue our 📖 Heros of the Old Testament series, looking at how God calls ordinary people to do extraordinary things.

This week, J reflects on Moses: Confronting Pharaoh from Exodus 5:1–14. God sent Moses to speak directly to Pharaoh — a terrifying thought for someone who once doubted his own ability. Yet Moses’ courage and obedience remind us that God’s power is greater than any ruler’s, and His purposes will prevail.

We’re journeying through our 📖 Heros of the Old Testament series — exploring the faith and courage of Joseph, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Moses. This week, Stephen shares a powerful reflection on 🔥 Moses: The Call.

In this well-known encounter, Moses is tending sheep 🐑 when he notices a bush that burns but is not consumed 🔥. As he approaches, God speaks — calling him to lead His people out of Egypt. Moses protests, unsure of his abilities, but God reassures him: “I will be with you.” 🙌

Moses’ story challenges us to trust God’s presence, even when we feel unqualified for the tasks He sets before us. It’s a reminder that God doesn’t call the equipped — He equips the called. 🙏
