Deuteronomy 28:3 Amp
“You will be blessed in the city, and you will be blessed in the field.
In the city
In all civil employments (your job or business)
In the field
-in all agricultural pursuits (Your farm Vineyard)
Isaac sowed in the land of famine… Whether living in town or country, whether engaged in trade or agriculture, Gods blessing is upon them to prosper each endeavor
Deuteronomy 28:4 Amp
“The offspring of your body and the produce of your ground and the offspring of your animals, the offspring of your herd and the young of your flock will be blessed.
Genesis 1:26–28, NKJV
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
– Fruit of your body
All your children are blessed
Produce of your crops and of your ground
Every animal employed in domestic and agricultural purposes shall be under the special protection of Divine Providence. wisdom, (care, and guidance to be provided by God)
Your Basket & Bowl
Deuteronomy 28:5
“Your basket and your kneading bowl will be blessed.
Thy basket
Thy olive gathering and vintage, as the basket was used to collect the harvest and fruit.
Kneading bowl -Thy store,
[uwmish artekaa. This word “store” is rendered “kneading trough. A place for your bread. At all events, the meaning is, there will be plenty of fruit for the basket, and meal for the kneading trough-an abundant supply of all the necessaries and comforts of life.
Deuteronomy 28:6 Amp
“You will be blessed when you come in and you will be blessed when you go out.
When you come in
When you return from your travels, you will find that no evil has happened to your family or home in your absence.
When you go out
Your way shall be made prosperous before you, and you will have the divine blessing in all you efforts as you go.
Deuteronomy 28:7 Amp
“The Lord will cause the enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way, but flee before you seven ways. This is a promise of security from any invasion. Total embarrassment of the invaders should they enter your land, they shall come against you one way-in the firmest and most united manner. And flee seven ways-shall be utterly broken, confounded, and finally routed.
Deuteronomy 28:8 Amp
The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your storehouses and in all that you undertake, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you.
Deuteronomy 28:11 Amp
The Lord will give you great prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your livestock and the produce of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.
Deuteronomy 28:12 Amp
The Lord will open for you His good treasure house, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow.
The Lord shall open unto thee good treasure:
The seasonable supply of the early and latter rain was one of the principal means by which their land was so uncommonly fruitful and abundant.You shall lend unto many, and thou shall not borrow – i.e., you shall be in such affluent circumstances as to be capable, out of your excessive wealth, to give aid to thy poorer neighbors.Deuteronomy 28:13 Amp
The Lord will make you the head leader and not the tail follower; and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath…
The head, and not the tail – an Oriental form of expression, indicating the possession of independent power, great dignity, and acknowledged excellence, This high condition was realized in the reigns of David and Solomon;
