Eric & Lila have been a full-time Real Estate Investors since 2003. They are certified Ohio and National Professional Housing Providers. They have repositioned more than a thousand units. They still control hundreds of single & multi-family residential properties as well as commercial property, oil wells, crypto and precious metals. They have spoken in person in 5 countries and in countless states. They have been interviewed on podcasts & radio stations across the world and host the internationally syndicated Real Power Family Radio Show daily. They have written multiple articles in various Real Estate, Investment, Business, Family and Homeschool publications. They have also published two #1 bestselling books including “Family Success Triangle.” 

The Wohlwend’s, after starting with nothing, used creative financing to purchase the majority their real estate deals. As their two boys grew up they were taught the business. By 5 each son started investing & by 7 years old they had each bought their 1st piece of real estate using only creative financing & the lessons they learned from their parents.  

Their kids, Deven, now 17 controls close to 50 units & Ethan, who is currently 14, has almost 40 units. Neither used any money or credit from their parents. They did what the whole family teaches. They were creative and took action. In addition to working in the business and investing, Deven published his first book when he was 11. He has been interviewed on many podcasts that have been listened to in more than 190 countries & has spoken to live audiences in more than half a dozen states. He hosts the Teenager Takeover Episodes with his brother every Wednesday on the Real Power Family Radio Show. Deven is also the #1 Best-Selling Author of The Atlas Gold Series and If I Can Do It So Can You-How I Started Buying Real Estate at Age 7.

Thomas Cullen is a federal trial judge and former U.S. attorney in Virginia. Robert Macauley is the Cambia Foundation Endowed Chair in Pediatric Palliative Care at Oregon Health & Science University. After earning both medical and divinity degrees at Yale, he completed a pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins, then joined the faculty at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2002. At UVM he directed the Department of Clinical Ethics and also founded the Pediatric Advanced Care Team. In 2017 he moved to Oregon to join the faculty at OHSU.

He holds degrees in theology from Oxford and fiction writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. In addition to being a pediatric palliative care physician, he's also an Episcopal priest. He and his wife live with their four kids and two rescue dogs in Portland, Oregon.

HOWARD YARUSS is an economist, professor, attorney, businessman, and activist who has taught a variety of courses on economics and business and currently teaches at New York University. Prior to teaching, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Radian Group, one of the largest guarantors of debt in the world. Yaruss graduated from Brown University, studied at the London School of Economics, and earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Manhattan.
