We are back! We took a couple weeks off because of family events and life things, but yes we are back. 

This episode we hung out with a good friend of ours Evan Jackson. He is a GGA friend and he lives up in Farmington, Maine. Evan has crushed the murph52mission and has continued to do Murph since the challenge ended. Check it out to learn more about Mr. Jackson!

The Murph hero wod is a world renowned workout dedicated to the memory of fallen Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphy. He died for his country serving in Afghanistan. Today Chris and Trampis talk a little about the Murph52Mission, but more so about Chris's endeavor to complete the workout 252 times in 1 year. He completed 52 of those Murphs in the month of May. After teaming up with our friends over at Garage Gym Athlete, Chris and Jerred were able to raise $40,000 that was donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This is an incredible accomplishment and it was great hearing from Chris on what it means to him.
