In honor of mental health awareness month, and in these challenging times, I feel it's important to provide you with accurate information on how to support your mental and physical health.

Supermolecules, as well as dietary and lifestyle modifications that support both brain and immune function, can be powerful allies against the Coronavirus outbreak.

In episode 3, I talked with Dr. Albert Mensah about how biochemistry and genes impact your brain.

Today I am having Dr. Mensah back on the show to discuss supermolecules that support both brain and immune function, what’s missing in the treatment of COVID-19, and insights to help you overcome depression and anxiety during this difficult time.

Dr. Mensah is a world-renowned leader and teacher in micromolecular medicine. He is the co-founder of Mensah Medical in Warrenville, Illinois, a clinic that specializes in the treatment of biochemical imbalances and the cognitive and physical disorders caused by those imbalances. Since 2005 Dr. Mensah has treated over 30,000 patients using all-natural, non-pharmaceutical targeted nutrient therapy.

His practice focuses on the management and treatment of cognitive disorders such as autism, behavior and learning disorders, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety syndromes, childhood and adult schizophrenia or Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease, as well as family medicine.

Dr. Mensah regularly presents at international conferences, trains physicians in advanced nutrient therapy techniques, and is board certified in integrative pediatrics by the American Association of Integrative Medicine.
