On Wednesday, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare added 296 cases and 4 new deaths to its statewide total. That brings the statewide total to 32,664 known cases and 372 deaths. 

Ada, Bannock, Canyon, and Minidoka counties each reported one death to the state today. Half of the day’s cases came from Ada and Canyon counties, but factoring in population, the highest current case rates are in rural counties including Clark, Payette, Butte and Washington.
