Today we talk about stress and burnout and their effects with a life coach, Jennifer Schwytzer. Jennifer obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2007 and is licensed to practice in the state of NY, currently working part-time as a mental health therapist. In 2020, a medical crisis allowed her the opportunity to dive into personal development which led to a shift in her career. She graduated from Health Coach Institute in 2022 with Certification in Life Coaching and shortly after launched KINDfulness Coaching where she works with women to eliminate burnout and manage stress to live happier, more fulfilled lives.

Being an artist can really put a strain on the body, resulting in soreness, tension, headaches, and more. In the episode of the Cowgirl Artists of America’s podcast, we talk with yoga instructor, Amanda Jenkins. Amanda’s history as a hairdresser and instructor gives her experiential knowledge of what working with the hands can do to the body, how to release that tension, and build strength.
