In UFC talk, Bob talks about the upcoming interim heavyweight championship fight between Derrick Lewis and Ciryl Gane, after Francis Ngannou stepped aside saying he wasn’t ready to fight again. Bob and Derek give their opinion on whether it was fair to make Nagnnou fight again after only 3 months.

The guys finish off the podcast with the Seltzer Segment in which the guys share embarrassing stories involving jumping off a roof thinking there was an intruder in the house and the classic cautionary tale of a mom finding porn on the computer.
