This episode, we are taking a little break from the local Utah cosplayers to talk to a talented artist in Atlanta, GA. K-Pow Cosplay joins me on the Podcast to talk about some of the similarities and differences between cosplay in Utah and Georgia. Towards the end we relate a few stories about each of us living in Japan.
Ryn caught my eye some time ago with the stunning Baymax cosplay that she created. Since then, it has been an amazing ride seeing the progress and fun shots that Ryn has shared on her Instagram page. I HIGHLY encourage all to follow her and share in the epic cosplay goodness that Ryn exudes.

OOOHHHH I think it's time to get weird with this episode!!!!!! From the get go, we just get right into it all and just get real. I WARN YOU NOW!!! If you don't like harsh language and uncomfortably fun topics, than this episode might not be for you. With that being said, I HAD AN ABSOLUTE BLAST ON THIS EPISODE. 2 gorgeous women join me for a dynamically interesting episode this time around. Noelle Cummings, of Gnarley Quinn Cosplay, and our beloved Rachiemac join me on the Podcast to talk a ton of weird and current topics. Noelle is a fantastic cosplayer that never shoots for the "norm", but stylizes everything that she works on with her own unique and creative flair. She is also half of the team behind the hilarious and informative Freaky Geeks Podcast. If you haven't already subscribed to that amazing podcast, then get on it. Noelle and her podcast partner and stand-up comedian, Shayne Smith center their podcast on all that is, in fact, freaky and geeky. And never shall we forget the woman that coined the phrase and hastag "Aggressively Peeing" on this very Podcast; our beloved Rachiemac. Always fun with the anime talk, gaming shenanigans, and cosplay plans; Rachiemac is never one to disappoint with the hilarity.

This here episode was recorded with the fabulous and uber talented Renna Mira of RENNAgade Cosplay. Renna is a Utah local that has been creating masterpieces when it comes to cosplay. Intricately detailed and stunning costumes created from scratch, that are all near and dear to her heart. And creative pieces such as a formal Widowmaker, from the game Overwatch, and an amazing Catria, from Fire Emblem. Recently, Renna has also been working more with creating props and utilizing EVA foam. Renna has been a primary and noticeable feature to many of our Utah cons. And with the arrival of new tools now available to her, the work we can look forward to will be truly amazing. For tips, techniques, or just a great person to talk anime with; reach out and give this amazing woman a great follow.

This bonus episode is to introduce Candace Chesley (Pink Lemonade Cosplay) and Brandon Peck (Woodpecker Cosplay) as official members of The Cracked Brain Team. When I started the Podcast, I only had hopes that I would enjoy doing it as a fun side hobby. But recently things have been building in a direction that I didn't foresee. I have started with interacting with different local and out-of-state Cons and events. I can't go into specifics, but these interactions have prompted me to invest more time trying to broaden the reach of the podcast; and to start working on other features. As I worked harder to plan for more content, I quickly realized that I could not do everything that I wanted to alone. So I sat down and thought of the people that could help me the most, with the time, skills, and motivation. Many were considered but these two struck me as great possible partners.
Candace, will be our Art & Animation Director. I have thought of a lot of ideas regarding merch and fun original content to share. I've seen her work first hand, and I can't even begin to tell you all how excited I am to bring her in. She's already started working on a few things that will be coming out towards the end of the year will leave you all pinned to the wall with laughter. Brandon, is going to be Director of Gaming and Video Content. Over the last few months, I have wanted to start working on providing more content through gaming videos, live streams, and more. Just running the podcast takes so much of my time, that I needed another person to focus on this facet entirely. And Brandon has already started planning on some truly amazing and creative videos to come.
I will still be hosting the Cracked Brain Podcast and overseeing everything as Founder. But, Brandon and Candace will be just as involved in every decision. Feel free to contact them, just as much as you all do me. I cannot wait to start sharing everything that we have planned and are working on.

And with a youthful vibrance rarely seen, she has been able to capture the hearts of many local cosplayers. And rightly so! Be sure to follow what Harley has in store next!!!

I hope you are ready for an episode with A LOT of cosplay, anime, and RWBY!!! (that is capitalized because that is how it is actually titled; and also because of how much I FREAKING LOVE THAT SHOW!!!) This episode 3 members of the cosplay group, SASS Cosplay, sit down on the Podcast. Rachel (RaeRae Cosplay), Sara (Raine Emery Cosplay), Ali (Lalee Cosplay) share stories of life as a cosplay group, the experiences they've had at Cons, and just mess around like usual. The photographer and editor of the Group, Izzy, couldn't join us on the episode, but no energy was lost with these three. As individual cosplayers, they are fantastic. But as a group, these women are a hilarious force of nature. DO NOT miss your chance to follow this amazingly talented group of cosplayers.

It's about time we heard back from our "not a couple" cosplay duo. Candace Chesley (Pink Lemonade Cosplay) and Tyler Jacobson (Aramis Pippin Cosplay) sit down for round 2 on the Podcast. We catch up about what they have been working on. As well as more of craziness that is Tyler's room and slight obsession with sexy anime figurines (love you Tyler!!!!!!!!) This episode definitely has quite a bit of laughter in it, SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

It's time to talk cosplay and costumes once more, and this time Brooke Young. Brooke is a Utah native that has been attending Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA. With years of experience as a seamstress, Brooke has been able to cultivate a strong skill in cosplay and transfer that into her work as a costume designer. In this episode, Brooke recounts her experiences attending fashion school and what some of her classmates are like. And, in my opinion, Brooke has one of the coolest families encouraging her cosplay and fashion goals. This is definitely an episode that no sane person will want to miss. For more examples of Brooke's work, follow all of her social media accounts and check out her YouTube page as well.
