A short exercise to notice whether you're belly breathing properly and highlight that this 'lifestyle 101' practice really can make a difference to your physical, mental and emotional state. Try it out for a few days and practice this recording until you no longer need to be reminded to check in and ask 'how's my breath? am I belly breathing? What's made my breath distressed?'
