Despite the fact that it's 'Blue Week' in their part of the world, Cosgrove and Quinno were anything BUT blue. It seems they had a good time at the pub. Gee, there's a shock.

John's health (it's good), Quinno's looks (not so good), Gareth Bale's career (trophy laden), and sausage rolls (glorious). Admit it; you're intrigued.

The boys kicked off 2023 in mid-year form, with tales of snow, stolen cars, and a family saga involving US soccer royalty. If Week One is anything to go by, this could be quite a year!

\The boys finished the year off in style with a tasty 2022 finale. There was lots of love for Rebecca Lowe, and not much for Emi Martinez. Sounds about right.

This week's show finds the boys in a fairly talkative mood. That's quite handy when you think about, because A: there's a lot to talk about, and B: because talking is what people do on podcasts. There is that.

Frozen trees, Swedish crash test moose (meese?), impound lots, Tony "Plugger" Lockett, karaoke, Motherwell's shirt sponsor and, yes, the World Cup. Could be tasty.

There's a lot of interesting, nuanced, well considered content in this week's episode. But, mostly, John finds the England football/soccer team hard to cheer for. Okay, impossible to cheer for.

This week's Crafty Rogues journey took in Doha, Sydney, Enniskillen, Faribault, Grimsby, Swindon and Glasgow, to name a few. It wasn't really planned. It just happened that way. It often does.

Cosgrove had tales to tell. France are World Champs for a reason. And Gary Lineker made the point that Fox Sports didn't. This is good stuff.
