December 09, 2019 Tony Gravely- UFC Bantamweight
Tony Gravely is a newly signed bantam for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) he was a wrestler for Magna Vista high school in Martinsville Virginia and Appalachian State University. After college Tony started competing in mixed martial arts and racked up a record of 19 wins and five losses. His last fight was for Dana White’s contender series where he won and was offered a UFC contract. He will make his UFC debut on January 25th in Raleigh North Carolina vs Brett Johns. Tony will talk about this experience as well as the grind in fighting on the regional circuits that catapulted him to where he is now.

October 13, 2019 Chris Van Kleeck -DB and Mack David- LB (West Forsyth Football Team) NC
Chris Van Kleeck and Mack David are two sophomore defense of starters on the West Forsyth varsity football team. I will be talking to them both about there indvidual goals and expectations for the rest of the season as well as their most recent win versus defending state champions East Forsyth. It was a game that took place in front of a sold out crowd of 5500 spectators that came down to the final minutes in which West Forsyth pulled off an upset. Chris Van Kleeck went on recruting visit to Wake Forest and i'll touch on that experience as well any other visit that he is planning on making this season.
