Crazy Ex Club

Hi

Crazy ex club is back and as promised I've started talking to other people about their break up survival stories.  I couldn't have been happier with my first guest, comedian and twitch streamer Chris Purchase Green AKA Papaglitch.  Enjoy! This was awesome to make, Chris is extremely open and honest about his story and also has some amazing insights and advice to share.

To get more information about his work check out details here:  https://beacons.page/papaglitch or to find his twitch channel search papaglitch there.

If you have a story to share get in touch with me, details on how to do that are at the end of this episode. Take care crazy exes x

Please note there were a couple of swears during our conversation so if you have younger ears listening, just be aware of that.

Quick bonus episode as I reflect on mixed feelings I have about sunny days and a couple bits of podcast news.

It's single parents day so here's a quick message to remind you all how awesome you are and sharing my experience of online dating as a single mum along with some tips to keep yourself safe out there.

If you have a child with your ex partner that can add with it an extra layer of anxiety about how life looks going forward. Here's how that has worked for me, my ex and our son so far.

It's International Women's Day and also a notable milestone from my breakup.

It's the last episode of season one so time to share some things from my own first 12 months as the crazy ex from my pity party to calling a late night radio talk show.

No matter how much we work on ourselves we always remain works in progress and that's fine because things change and we can change too.

Even when we feel we have everything together there can still be things that stop us doing the do. Let's look at some common ones and what you can do about them yo get you into doing.

A really common fear after a relationship ends is around what other people think of it all and of you so lets unpack that a bit and see how much that actually matters.

It's time to look inwards for this episode and take responsibility for your own part in things, then make amends, make peace and get ready to hold your head up high and move on.
