Today's episode is a short update on things I contemplated this week.

Waking up early has allowed me to balance multiple interests but it was not easy getting to this place. 

It can be hard to consistently form a routine to wake up very early and I share what helped me as well as the benefits it has had for me.

Sometimes we get so caught up in making crazy, elaborate schedules that we forget about the basics. That is what happened to me recently and it led to being overwhelmed. 

This is especially true for a generalist balancing many things at once :-)

Gaining mastery in a skill is a long process that often leaves us feeling stuck. Many of us reach a level where our skills stagnate and in this episode I want to share my perspective on this.
